As a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Link Medical Diagnostic and Research Laboratories, you will play a critical role in supporting healthcare delivery through accurate laboratory analysis and interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting accurate laboratory tests and validating test results
• Ensuring strict compliance with quality control and quality assurance protocols
• Interpreting laboratory findings and identifying abnormalities for clinical attention
• Maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
• Supervising laboratory technicians and interns when necessary
• Operating and maintaining automated laboratory analyzers effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree (BMLS) in Medical Laboratory Science
• A valid practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Minimum of 2–3 years practical laboratory experience
• Strong competence in at least two core laboratory areas such as:
  • Hematology
  • Clinical Chemistry
  • Microbiology
  • Immunology
• Familiarity with ISO 15189 laboratory standards
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
