Role Overview:

As a Laboratory Marketer, you will be the driving force behind expanding our laboratory’s reach and visibility. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, medical institutions, and other stakeholders to promote our laboratory’s services and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value of our laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote laboratory services.
• Identify and target key healthcare professionals and institutions for partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the laboratory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
