Registered healthcare practitioners in Nigeria may be qualified to register.
Each test and the many panels we provide have a varied price. In order to encourage testing, many healthcare providers decide to set their own prices depending on the complete services they give. For all price details, login to the provider portal or contact us.

Our safe healthcare provider portal offers test kits. You may also order test kits by getting in touch with our customer service team.
You may order test collection kits through the site as well.
You may edit your email addresses, reporting procedures, and email preferences for healthcare provider accounts by going to your profile page on the portal.
Contacting us is the only way to take care of any further details, such as changing an address or adding a new clinic.

Patient Service Center

Accessing tests with us is simple. Feel free to consult your healthcare provider who will supply a signed requisition form, collection instructions and/or a test kit.
We are quite flexible. We accept both walk-in patients and clients with a request from a healthcare provider.
Pricing is based on the test you're interested in as well as the costs related to developing the treatment plan and interpreting the findings for each individual healthcare professional. Your healthcare provider will receive a copy of your results in the mail or they will be made available on the lab portal.
While we strive to make results available as fast as possible, turnaround times are test specific. Visit the portal for more info. or contact us.

Laboratory Services

We have several accessible Patient Service Centers where we may collect specimens. For each place, the locations, contact details, and travel directions are mentioned. Check out the "contacts" or "find a lab" pages. You can also call us.
Although appointments are not necessary, we do provide online appointment booking for anyone who prefer the convenience of doing so. This gives you the option to select a time and date that work for you.

Please be aware that our sites are busiest in the early morning with patients who must fast for testing if you want to stroll in for service. Since your wait would often be less if you arrive after 10AM, you might want to think about doing so.

Please bring a completed test request form or a prescription from your doctor in order to speed up the process of your appointment.
