If we provide you your findings in writing (by mail or electronically), please be aware that, unless otherwise required by law,

• the laboratory test results have already been, or are being, conveyed to the ordering/referring provider allowed by law to order and utilize laboratory test results;
• THE INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE, AND IT IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH A PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDER; and
