Patient Service Center
Accessing tests with us is simple. Feel free to consult your healthcare provider who will supply a signed requisition form, collection instructions and/or a test kit.
We are quite flexible. We accept both walk-in patients and clients with a request from a healthcare provider.
Pricing is based on the test you're interested in as well as the costs related to developing the treatment plan and interpreting the findings for each individual healthcare professional. Although appointments are not necessary, we do provide online appointment booking for anyone who prefer the convenience of doing so. This gives you the option to select a time and date that work for you.
Please be aware that our sites are busiest in the early morning with patients who must fast for testing if you want to stroll in for service. Since your wait would often be less if you arrive after 10AM, you might want to think about doing so.
Please bring a completed test request form or a prescription from your doctor in order to speed up the process of your appointment.
